Instale el cliente de conexión para que nuestro equipo de soporte pueda ver su pantalla y ayudarle. Sólo se conecta cuando usted le da su ID y contraseña. Install the connection client so our support team can see your screen and help you. We can only connect when you give us your ID and password.

Cómo conectarse con soporteHow to connect with support

  1. Instale el cliente para su sistema con el botón de arriba.
  2. Abra RustDesk. Verá Su escritorio con un ID y una contraseña.
  3. Díctele ambos a la persona de soporte por teléfono o chat. La contraseña cambia en cada sesión.
  4. Acepte la conexión cuando aparezca el aviso. Puede cortarla en cualquier momento cerrando la ventana.
  1. Install the client for your system with the button above.
  2. Open RustDesk. You will see Your Desktop with an ID and a password.
  3. Read both to the support person by phone or chat. The password changes every session.
  4. Accept the connection when prompted. You can end it at any time by closing the window.
